Does propecia (finasteride) have long-term sexual side effects, as said in an article of 2011?

The article in question, which made the headlines in June 2011, is this one.

Here is a typical example of a study with no scientific value. It lies indeed in an interview of 71 people taking Propecia and complaining about the persistence of sexual side effects, even after stopping taking the medication. Given the numerous bias of this study (no double-blind, no hormone dosage, …), we cannot exclude a placebo effect by all these 71 patients. An ISHRS Committee was created and delivered an opinion.
