Does Propecia (Finasteride) work in the front area?
Of course, just as much as Minoxidil does. The reason why we can read it is only effective on the crown area is simple: the studies which proved its action were carried out in this area. The experience however shows that the treatment is also effective in the front and the anterior areas. Given that hair loss often begins in that area and given that Finasteride does not make lost hair grow back, you should not expect a regrowth on the anterior area, but a stabilization.
