✓ 40 years old, NW IVA, losing his hair since he was 25, with a hair loss history in his family (father and paternal grandfather).
✓ Started taking Finasteride before the procedure.
✓ Medium caliber hair.
✓ Strong follicular units.
✓ High % of hair in telogen phase.


RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

This gentleman was losing his hair since several years when he came to see me for the first time in consultation.

Taking into account his family hair loss history, I suggested him to start taking Finasteride in order to halt and prevent further hair loss. We subsequently agreed upon performing an FUE procedure in order to rebuild his hairline and frontal area.

In March 2021, a 2007 grafts FUE procedure was performed. You can find below his progression until the 8th post-operative month.

✓ FUE scoring and extractions executed with my WAW system, now widely used in the sphere of FUE. It consists of a very precise pedal that enables to control the movement of the punch, that I also designed myself. The main advantage is to reduce substantially the number of damaged and transected hair, thus to raise the quality of the procedure. The system is now used worldwide and several dozens of surgeons or centres are already using it.
